Fishing and hunting without a license.
08-12-2015
The use of nets with "undersize" mesh sizes, for example using mosquito netting in our northern rivers pose a severe thread to the biodiversity within our river ecosystems, and as per the law in Namibia, these acts are also illegal. Regarding fishing, in Namibia a licence is required, and when hunting on commercial farm land during the hunting season is allowed, people other than the landowner or his representatives, also are obliged to pay for a licence. Quantities are annually specified by MET.
