We are operating within the legal framework of the Republic of Namibia. As such, we are not authorized to engage in any anti-poaching activities physically, but as citizens of the country, we can support law enforcement agencies, and we can insist on investigations being done properly, according to the law.

As we are operating within Namibia, with the Republic’s laws and regulations in place, we will report on activities which clearly contravene such laws and regulations.

However, as the supreme law of this country, the Constitution of the Republic of Namibia clearly specifies the protection of the environment and biodiversity, we are also entitled to report on issues not directly in contravention of the law, but with potential negative effects on environment and biodiversity, which might require additional laws and regulations. International guidelines will follow.
